Turnkey casino

You hold the licence, the player data and the merchant accounts. We deliver the platform, connect the games and payments, and take you through certification. Higher setup cost, lower revenue share, full control.

Scope a turnkey build

What turnkey covers

Everything between the licence and the first deposit. Platform and player account management, game aggregation, bonus engine, cashier and payment orchestration, back office and regulator reporting, front end, hosting in the jurisdiction the licence requires, and the certification of the platform and RNG by an approved test lab where the licence demands it. Market ranges for this model in 2026 run from USD 35,000 to 150,000 and up in setup and 2% to 5% of GGR, or a fixed licence fee instead of revenue share. Time to live is up to four months when certifications already exist for the target jurisdiction and longer when the licence itself is still being applied for.

Three things only turnkey gives you

  • Your merchant accounts. Acquiring under your own MCC 7995 accounts means your processing history, your rates and your relationship with the acquirer. Our payment gateway orchestrates across them.
  • Your regulator relationship. On an Isle of Man or Finnish licence the regulator reads your reports and audits your controls. That is a burden, and it is also the asset a bank or a buyer values.
  • Your margin. A brand at €500,000 monthly GGR pays €25,000 a month at 5% and up to €75,000 at 15%. The difference funds a marketing team.

Delivery in five stages

  1. Scoping. Markets, licence, verticals, game mix, payment methods, languages. Output: a fixed-scope statement with the launch date.
  2. Licence and corporate. If the licence is not in hand, the licensing team runs it in parallel; the platform's technical annexes go into the application.
  3. Build and integration. Platform configuration, studio and PSP integrations, front end, back office roles.
  4. Certification and test. RNG and platform certification where required (Isle of Man, Finland, Cyprus); end-to-end test of every payment method in every currency; load test.
  5. Launch and hypercare. Go-live with the team on call for the first 30 days; handover to your operations with runbooks.

Frequently asked

Can I bring my own front end?

Yes. Build it against the casino API and use our platform for wallet, games, bonuses and compliance. Many operators launch on our template and replace it in year two.

Who hosts?

Where the licence dictates, there; otherwise in a cloud region close to the players. Isle of Man and Cyprus require in-jurisdiction hosting or mirrors; Anjouan and Tobique do not.

Fixed fee or revenue share?

Either. Revenue share suits a launch with uncertain volume; a fixed fee suits an operator with a track record who wants the upside. We quote both.
